Comp Terms & Conditions

1. The Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Sony Computer Entertainment companies, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion.
2. To enter the Promotion, entrants must enter their date of birth and e-mail address where indicated and answer all five multiple choice questions.
3. No purchase is necessary.  The Promotion is limited to one entry per person.  No entrant may win more than one prize.  No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted.  No incomplete, illegible or corrupted entries will be accepted.  Entries that are not in accordance with the entry instructions will not be accepted.
4. The opening date for receipt of entries is 11.00 (GMT) on 20 June 2008 and the closing date for receipt of entries is 23.59 (GMT) on 10 July 2008.
5. Responsibility is not accepted for any entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of network, computer hardware or software failures of any kind.  Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.  Entries will become the property of the Promoter.
6. The winner will be the entrant who has answered all five questions correctly in the fastest time. In the event of a tie breaker, the Promoter will randomly select the winner from the tie breaking entries.
7. The decision of the Promoter is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value or to amend, alter or cancel the Promotion.  No cash alternative will be offered.  No correspondence will be entered into.
8. The winner will be notified by email within 5 days of the closing date. The winner must claim their prize within 48 hours of the notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these terms and conditions.
9. The prize shall consist of (i) entry tickets for the winner and three friends to Camp Bestival taking place between 18 July 2008 and 20 July 2008 at Lulworth Castle, Dorset; (ii) transfers in a chauffeur driven limousine to and from Camp Bestival (departing on 18 July 2008 from one nominated address and returning on 21 July 2008 to one nominated address) (iv) three nights accommodation for four people at Camp Bestival in a furnished double decker bus (v) one picnic hamper which shall be presented to the winner on arrival at Camp Bestival.
10. The winner must ensure that any guests that they bring to Camp Bestival are aged 18 years or over at the time of travel.
11. Tickets will be dispatched by post to the winner before the date of the festival.
12. The winner’s name will be made available on request to those sending an e-mail to competitionsUK@scee.net within ten weeks after the closing date.
13. The winner may be required to participate in publicity arising from this Promotion.
14. By entering the Promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions and consent to the processing of their personal data by the Promoter for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.  All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
